How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If no request for a specific date is made by our customer then the flat-packs will usually arrive within 5-6 working days from purchase or up to 15 working days if the item is shown as Not in stock, but in shipping from factory in Denmark. By purchasing an out-of-stock item, you will receive tracking as usual, just at a later date.


*****Our couriers are running as normal despite Covid-19 and will apply social distancing on delivery, larger items delivered by XDP are now subject to a 10 working day delivery time from distribution due to the pandemic****

Can you recommend furniture assemblers in my area, how does this work?

Because we focus on promoting our website to specific areas of the UK we also know what companies and handymen there are local to you who can offer a professional and prompt assemblage of your new furniture. A simple search from our customers will often yield results of companies and handymen we already work with and if you live in area which we don't yet have an assembly team in place, then we can help by finding one  for you. We know what the going rate is for assembly of each of our products and we look to get our customers' just that! (All our flat-packs come with their own instructions and highlight which tools are needed. Most assemblage is carried out by our customers).

Do you have to be a member of PayPal to buy from Oslo-To-Go?

No, you have the choice of either paying through your PayPal account at checkout or with options of Credit and Debit cards.

Why should we choose you over the high street or your competition?

Because we are able to offer you, the end-user, trade prices that are not available on the high street, the cost of buying from us is less without the need to compromise on quality. We have included multiple images of each item to help you make an informed decision before each purchase and if you are not happy with the your furniture when it arrives, you can have it returned and refunded free of charge, see How do I return items below. Oslo-To-Go Furniture is a new brand and this means we need to try that little bit harder to get noticed, so making sure you, the customer, are fully satisfied with your purchase and that the service offered has been just as pleasing.  

I heard buying from third party suppliers can be a pain as they are never available if things go wrong?

It is the case that third party suppliers or companies who dropship their products, although typically able to offer some of the most competitive prices on the market, don't always feel they can be accountable when things need to be returned or things get delivered incorrectly. Research shows one of the main concerns for customers is that they can't speak to anyone directly on the phone but only through live chat or email, which can include hours of waiting for a reply. To ensure that our customers can have 100% confidence in us to make on time and correct fulfillment of their order, we have specifically chosen to work with a distributor who has a first rate track record of customer service and whose agents are on call daily to help us to help you if ever needed. Still unsure? Do you offer trade/bulk discount?

We already offer trade prices off across the whole of our furniture ranges and some ranges include a further package discounts so there is plenty to take advantage of. For many of our items we have also added the r.r.p. crossed out above our price and unlike trade prices we have added vat. on our final price that is displayed. The crossed out retail prices are taken from some of the larger stockists of the same furniture, so the variance in price shows you what, if any, amount of comparative discount we are able to offer.

Do you have a showroom where I can see the Furniture for myself?

Because we are an online-based company only, we do not have premises that operate as a showroom. However, a list of high street retailers who stock Tvilum furniture is available through our manufacturer’s website.

Can you store my order until we are ready to accept delivery?

If this is the case, please email us after checkout with your name, address, and postcode. We’ll ask our warehouse team to store the item(s) for you, free of charge, and deliver at a later date when you are ready to recieve.

What happens if I find the same item elsewhere for less?

If you can show us where you have found the same product anywhere else for less, we are prepared to look into returning the difference in price for you as long as the item/s in question are not a part of a sale or special offer from another supplier.

What happens if my order packaging Is damaged?

Please check the outer packaging of your order and in the instance that the packaging appears to be in poor condition, you do have the right to refuse your delivery. Because we only sell Tvilum ready to assemble flat-pack furniture, we know that damage occurred on transit is minimal compared to the usual damage caused by companies sending already assembled furniture.

How do I return items?

With our money-back guarantee, you can return any items to us within 14 days, providing they have not been assembled where applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please inspect all parts prior to assembly as we are unable to accept any assembled items on a returns basis. Any damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery otherwise we will be unable to cover the cost of delivery a replacement. Items reported after 7 days will be accepted, however the cost of delivery will need to be paid by the customer. Outside of this period, you are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty and we can also arrange to exchange any damaged parts within this 12-month period free of charge.

What if I need to order spare parts?

Our factory has in place a high standard of quality checks, however in the unlikely event you have a damaged or missing part, then simply email us with the order delivery number and product description, we will do the rest, and cover any fees if quality checks have been missed. If assembly instructions are lost we can also send you a pdf. copy of these via email.

What is FSC wood?

Our partners and ourselves take environmental responsibilities seriously, and to this end the factory producing our products holds the FSC certification. The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) promotes environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the world's forests, to find out more please see FSC.
